This app isnt instructional, but rather a combination of vids taken of someone doing JKD. Instructional is a slow step by step arranged picture slide of movements. The vids are in real time, so therefore not likely Ill keep hitting pause for each step. Also, no information was given paying homage to Bruce Lee creator of JKD.
